Le Paradis is where we keep demijohn bottles of the house’s oldest vintages and blends.<\/p>\n

In the presence of the Cellar Master, you will tour our estate through the Press, the Vat Room, the Distillery, the Ageing Cellar, the Blending Room, before arriving at the Workshop.<\/p>\n

During the visit, we’ll take samples of the eaux de vie from our oldest vintages the house’s Paradis, which make up our Hors d’Age blend. Once in the workshop, we’ll comment on what each eau de vie has contributed to the blend.<\/p>\n
